Do not worry. None of the story threads will be touched. However, almost all old threads will be deleted.

If you find the site down at all this week don't be alarmed. It will be up as soon as I can get it back up.

With that here are the General Board Rules for the 2010 year. Rules are subject to change at any time without notice so please visit often to make sure you are up to date on the rules.

1. Please be respectful. We will not tolerate any member of this board being disrespectful to another member. We also ask that members please be considerate of other member's drivers and points of view. While not everyone will agree, everyone can be respectful and still get their point across.

2. FOR WRITERS Please place a disclaimer in your story. You need only place this in the first post of the thread. If you are unsure as what to put you may copy and paste the following and use it in your thread.

I do not own any driver, sponsor, car#, or any person, place or thing you may recognize. I do own the original characters, places, things, and plot.

3. We ask that you please be patient. We do not have any quotas that need to be met by members since we all know that we have lives outside of the world of fiction and NASCAR. We ask that you be patient with the Admins, or Mods, when asking for assistance. We will get to you.

4. FOR READERS Please leave a comment. It takes less than 20 seconds to leave something positive. Please refrain from using the short answer comments such as "post more soon" "love it" "can't wait for more". The writers appreciate it much more when a well thought comment appears on their thread.

Also, the administration, staff and writers do not own any driver's, their names, sponsors, car #s, car owners, spouses, images, etc.

Writers do own likenesses of drivers pertaining to the story only, original characters, places, and plots.

Graphics designers own their original work. Likenesses of celebrities/models/persons in general used in graphics for stories are depicted as the characters in the stories and not the celebrity/model/persons in general. A writer does not own a certain person to use/have used in a graphic, although we encourage use of different pictures in graphics for different stories.
